A friend is in the process of acquirine an MC-4 and plans to restore it to flight. I expect to watch him load it on a trailer some time soon. Hopefully we can keep tabs on his progress.

The Rotor Mouse is reported to be alive. Haven't heard anything from the designer lately. I believe his brother is involved in the design of a larger, Huey sized, experimental ship. Don't know the progress here either. The Experimental Helo magazine would like to have some updates on these birds. I'll see if I can get in touch with both of the brothers....

The mc4 is coming along nicely we are in the prosess of re doing all the sheet metal, we have finished the engine mounts and installed a 44 gallon fuel cell, the engine im installing is a chev ls7 v8 de tuned to 310 hp at 3100 rpm. this engine was built for this aplication and dyno tested to prove performance, both transmissions are in the prosess of over haul, bearings are off the shelf and not hard to find, I estamate 2 years until were ready to fly and I could not do this without the help and support of Dave and Don Hillberg, they really know helicopters.Se ya later RW.
